Epoxy Coated Wire Mesh for Hydraulic & Heavy-Duty Filters

Epoxy Coated Wire Mesh (also called Epoxy Resin Mesh or Filter Support Mesh) is a critical backing/support layer used inside hydraulic filter elements, air filters and fuel filters for excavators, loaders, bulldozers and industrial hydraulic systems.

It is manufactured by electrostatic spraying of high-performance epoxy resin powder onto precision-woven Q195 low-carbon steel or Al5154 aluminum mesh, followed by high-temperature curing. The coating provides outstanding oil resistance, corrosion protection, strong adhesion and excellent flexibility for high-speed pleating.
