1. Product Overview
The Pleated Sintered Filter Element is specially designed for high-temperature, high-viscosity, and high-pressure polymer melt filtration. It is made from stainless steel sintered fiber felt or multilayer woven wire mesh, structured into a pleated cylindrical form to significantly increase filtration area and contaminant holding capacity.
This advanced filter is widely used in chemical fiber, plastic, film, battery, petrochemical, and precision chemical industries as a high-efficiency upgrade over traditional mesh screen filters.
