Fine Woven Nickel Wire Mesh
HuiRui supplies woven nickel wire mesh for projects requiring a defined wire structure and small openings. The required weave, wire diameter and aperture should be specified together rather than selecting by mesh count alone.
Specification Information
Please send your drawing or the following information for a quotation:
- Nickel grade and material standard
- Weave type
- Wire diameter
- Mesh count and nominal aperture
- Sheet or roll dimensions
- Thickness and tolerances
- Quantity and operating environment
Plain, twill and Dutch-weave requirements can be discussed. The selected structure and dimensions will be confirmed for the proposed specification.
Mesh Count, Aperture and Open Area
Mesh count alone does not define the opening size. For square woven openings, the relationship also depends on wire diameter. Dutch weaves have a different structure, so a square-opening calculation should not be used as a filtration rating.
If filtration is the intended use, please describe the material being separated, the medium and the required filtration performance. An aperture value should not be treated as a guaranteed filtration rating without considering the mesh structure and operating conditions.

Material and Finished Form
Please specify the nickel grade needed for your project rather than assuming that different nickel designations are interchangeable. Cut dimensions, roll dimensions and edge requirements can be reviewed against your drawing.

Questions Before Ordering
Can I order using only the mesh count?
Please also provide wire diameter or opening size and the weave type. This helps identify the required structure more clearly.
Can samples or custom dimensions be supplied?
Send your specification and sample quantity. Availability, price and lead time will be confirmed in the quotation.
Which nickel material form should I choose?
Compare the nickel mesh range, nickel fiber felt and nickel foam. These are different structures with different specification fields.
For specification comparisons, read the nickel mesh open area and aperture guide and the nickel mesh filtration selection guide.
